Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To keep our classes running smoothly for all clients, please note our cancellation and refund policy:

• Single Class Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class are non-refundable.

• Class Passes (e.g. 5-Class Pass):

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class will not affect your pass — the credit will remain on your account.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will result in the credit being deducted, and it will not be returned.
