Circuit Training in Windermere, Nr Kendal

It is important to have a well rounded exercise regime.  Although Pilates has many, many benefits, it is generally not a cardiovascular/aerobic form of exercise.  That is why I have started this Circuit Training class in Windermere near Kendal, so that I can provide a well balanced selection of exercises for people to take part in.  

What is Circuit Training?

Circuit Training is made up of many different exercise stations that combine cardiovascular exercises with intervals of toning, strength and mobility exercises.  You work in short intervals on each station then move onto the next.  By doing this, you get variety, keep moving all the time and work all major body parts. It is a fantastic way to work out, and really builds up a sweat!

Who is Circuit Training for?

The class is suitable for all abilities, there is no pressure to keep up to a certain level, you work as hard as YOU can within your own capabilities.  If you are a beginner to circuits there is guidance on what to do on each exercise station, if you are already very active and familiar with circuits exercises then there is plenty of encouragement to keep pushing yourself, and get the most out of the class.  This class does not require co-ordination for fancy moves, it is simple yet very effective, as an interval training method it is one of the best exercises for burning fat!
