Bookings are on a block basis, usually at £36 for a block of 6 sessions (working out at £6 per session). If you miss a session, then I recommend you attend one of the other classes within that same block booking so that you do not need to miss out. You can not carry missed sessions over through to the next block.
For circuit training bookings are usually at £31.50 for a block of 6 sessions (working out at £4.50 per booking). You can turn up on a pay as you go basis which is £6, however there is limited availability so those who have booked a block get priority places and it is then a first come first served basis.
It is important to disclose any medical or physical condition that may effect you in exercise, so that the correct advice can be given to you before joining the class. In some instances it may be more beneficial for you to have a one to one session.
Pilates classes are in small groups ranging from 8 - 14
