Previous Years Yoga Retreat - 2011 - Recommendations
"I cannot praise the 2011 yoga holiday in Pembrokeshire enough. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious house right on the beach front with incredible views and easy access to a lovely beach and wonderful coastal walks. Rebecca taught morning and evening yoga classes with daily workshops – all of which were inspirational as well as educational. She cooked delicious vegetarian meals and made every effort to ensure we were all happy and comfortable. I left Wales feeling thoroughly refreshed and revitalised (with four new friends!) and am already looking forward to this year’s holiday!" Kirsty Tomlinson
"Fantastic week - the yoga was wonderful, the workshops interesting, the food amazing and the company so good. I really can recommend the week. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and came away with a big smile on my face!" Doreen Fishwick
"The 2011 Yoga Retreat changed so much for Tom and I. We had not been on anything like this before or even a holiday with other people we didn't know so we were a little apprehensive before we went. Well the house was superb with fantastic views and it was very warm and cozy, although large with lots of space for everyone. We all had such fun. It was a relaxed, happy atmosphere. We both improved with our yoga more than we ever expected. Having such a concentrated time with Rebecca really helps to learn more about Yoga and develop postures. I got up extra early and went for a run on the beach each day. I had the whole beach to myself, an experience I will always remember. There was time to do our own thing. Tom and I took our bicycles and enjoyed rides between Yoga sessions or workshops. We really enjoyed the vegetarian food (and Tom isn't vegetarian, however, he really looked forward to everything we had to eat). We came back relaxed, very happy, more enthusiastic than every about our Yoga and with a much greater understanding of its background and philosophy. We made true friends with our fellow guests. We even enjoyed our dip in the sea together on our last day, which was early November!! We both said it really was the best holiday we had ever been on and it has made Yoga a central part of our life now." Thomas and Christine Winsor
