La Villa Moulin is set in the beautiful region of Languedoc Roussillon in the south of France.  The village of Pepieux is 30 minutes from historic Carcassonne and offers all the charm of a typical French village.  In the proximity are the Canal Du Midi, the Black Mountains, Cathar sites, Narbonne beach, Lac de Jouarres with water sport activities, villages within a good walking distance and the local market, to name but a few.

At the villa you will be looked after by your hosts Rebecca and Paul who's aims are to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  The atmosphere is very relaxed, yet with plenty to do should you feel more energetic.  You may want to get away for relaxation and escapism, or you may wish to come to join in the daily activities and trips to the surrounding area.  It is entirely up to you, after all, it is your holiday.

The accommodation has a pool with beautiful views looking over vineyards, villages and the Black Mountains.  Breakfast can be taken in the comfort of the conservatory, or outside soaking up the sun on the outdoor patio.  The evening meals will be made using local produce and nourishment in mind.  There will be plenty of food and wine to enjoy.  Classes are held either in the conservatory or on the poolside (weather dependent).
